Cannabis legislation has evolved from MMAR, MMPR, ACMPR, and finally to the current Cannabis Act of October 2018. The patient’s path to obtain medical cannabis following the rules in the act can be extremely arduous. In this session, pharmacists will learn about the challenges faced by patients, how pharmacists can assist their patients and provide the much-needed guidance and care.
